Requested emails.
Not unsolicited campaigns.
Our verification service sends a confirmation message in response to a shopper's reward request. It is not a tool for importing lists or sending newsletters.
How an address enters the service
A shopper enters an address in a store's RewardLift game. If verification is enabled, the form explains that a confirmation email will follow. The reward remains pending until the recipient follows the confirmation link. A shopper can request a resend, subject to limits.
What is not allowed
- Purchased, rented, scraped or third-party mailing lists.
- Entering another person's address to harass them, bulk submissions or automated email bombing.
- Using verification templates for unsolicited promotions, deceptive sender identities, phishing or unrelated advertising.
- Removing required sender context or treating verification as permission for future marketing.
Merchant-written content must describe the requested verification and identify the store. Custom sending domains require ownership verification before activation. We may restrict sending while investigating misuse.
Verification is not marketing permission
Confirming an address proves access to that inbox. It does not opt someone into newsletters. Stores must obtain and manage any required marketing permission separately. We do not send follow-up marketing campaigns through this verification service.
Delivery failures and complaints
SES account-level suppression is enabled for permanent bounces and spam complaints. Sending controls also limit repeated requests per recipient and store. A failed send is not an instruction to repeatedly retry the address or bypass a block.
Report a message or stop future sends
Write to contact@balkaniq-apps.com with the subject Stop verification emails, preferably from the affected address. Include the store and message time, but never an active verification link. Support can place a sending block across RewardLift stores after reviewing the request. Blocks remain until an appropriate review authorises their removal.
There is no recurring newsletter to unsubscribe from in this service. Ignoring a confirmation link leaves that request unverified; it is not itself a permanent sending block. Marketing sent independently by a store must be managed with that store.
Who operates this service
