Questions about RewardLift, a verification email, or your data? Tell us what happened and which store was involved.

For store owners

Include your store's .myshopify.com address, the feature involved and a short description of the issue. A screenshot and the time it happened can help us investigate.

For gift or cart issues, include the theme name and whether you use a third-party cart drawer. Please remove shopper information from screenshots unless it is necessary for the request.

For shoppers

For an order, shipping, a refund, or the terms of a store's reward, contact that store directly. RewardLift provides the software; we do not fulfil orders or decide a store's offers.

If you received an unexpected verification message, include its sender, subject and time received. Do not send passwords, payment details or active verification links. Our email guide explains why a message may have arrived.

Privacy and data requests

Email us with the subject Privacy request and identify the store concerned. Where a request relates to a store's customer data, we may need to coordinate with that store and verify your identity before acting. See our privacy notice.

Stop unwanted verification emails

Email contact@balkaniq-apps.com with the subject Stop verification emails, preferably from the affected address. Include the store name and the time of a recent message, but not its active verification link. We review the request and can block further RewardLift verification sends to that address across participating stores. This does not change a store's separate marketing subscriptions. Security reports

Use the subject Security report for a suspected vulnerability. Describe the issue without including secrets or other customers' data. Do not exploit a vulnerability beyond what is necessary to report it safely.
